Authorised Marriage Celebrant
Registered with the Attorney-General's Department. Chris is legally authorised to solemnise marriages anywhere in Australia and handles all NOIM paperwork and certificate lodgement.
Full public liability insurance
Current cover for every service — celebrant, DJ, MC, photo booth and special FX. Certificates supplied to venues on request.
Venue-safe special effects
All FX equipment is rated for indoor use. Technical specifications and safety documentation are provided directly to your venue coordinator ahead of the day.
Backup equipment at every event
A second laptop with the full music library, spare microphones, cables and a backup sound system travel to every booking.
Vetted team DJs
Every Party Central DJ has a minimum five years' experience and is personally selected by Chris. Same music consultation, same planning process.
24 years of continuous operation
Trading since 2002. Chris has run more than 1,200 events across weddings, corporate functions, formals and private parties.

Why the awards are unusual

Most wedding suppliers specialise in one thing. Party Central holds top rankings in three separate categories — celebrant, DJ and MC, and photo booth — which is what makes the combined package possible in the first place.

Chris started DJing at 16 in Wollongong, worked residencies across the Illawarra, played festivals to crowds of 10,000 and opened for Savage, Sneaky Sound System, Potbelleez and more before moving into weddings full time. The celebrant authorisation came later, and the two together are why one person can run a wedding from the vows to the last song without a handover.
